The Floor 0 lobby leads to three multi-use rooms that can host various events. Room I is often used for meetings, talks, courses or conferences and Room II, in addition to these functions, can also be used as a VIP room. Room III is larger and is equipped with a projector, screen, audio and Wi-Fi equipment. There is also another adjacent room that is very useful as a technical office and storage area.
From Floor 1 we can access three rooms used as lecture halls to stage workshops, courses, meetings and conferences. They are multi-use rooms that have natural light and can be darkened with blinds. They are equipped with a projector, screen, audio equipment and Wi-Fi signal. There is also an additional space used as a technical room that can provide support for a catering service in the floor 1 lobby or the Panoramic Hall.
